What are the specific skills that you bring to the position for which you are running?
I am the current Chief Deputy. I run the office and am familiar with all aspects of being the assessor. I am uniquely qualified for this position.
What are your top 3 priorities if you are elected?
Continue serving Delaware County property owners by being an advocate for them.
Continue following all applicable State Codes and making sure the Assessors Office is effective and accountable to all.
Continue operating a on a budget as fiscally conservative as possible.
How do your values motivate your run for office?
I felt that I was the most qualified person for this office.
